Playstation Vita 3G Launch Bundle Adds A Game, 8GB Memory Card, Free Data For $299

Sony has announced two new Playstation Vita bundles that will be launching in February, both pertaining to the 3G Vitas. This move is likely due to the poor sales that the Vita saw in Japan and they just want to ensure that they sell out of all of the Vitas that were created for launch.

The first one will be for all of the customers who pre-ordered the 3G First Edition Bundle for $349.99. In addition to the 3G/Wi-Fi system, Little Deviants, case, and 4GB Memory Card, you will receive a free 250 MB one month session and a free PSN game (not specified). Both will be provided upon activation of the 3G when it launches on February 15th.

The second bundle is for everyone who is willing to wait until February 22nd for their Vita. This 3G bundle will still retail for $299.99 and it will include the 3G system, an 8GB Memory Card, AT&T data connect pass (presumable worth 250MB), and a PSN game that still isn’t specified.

Both of these bundles are extremely limited in quantities so if you want one, pick it up on launch day. Currently, only Gamestop USA and Amazon.com have listings for the new Vita bundles but we’ll update this post if we hear of any new retailers.
